Hello, my name is Timothy P. McConnell and I want to welcome you to Southeast Oral Surgery in Maryville Tennessee.
What started as a solo private practice in July of 1993 has evolved to become a multi-doctor specialty group, specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Our oral surgeons include Otto W. Slater, D.D.S.,  T. Randall Napier, D.M.D., Jason R. Kennedy, D.M.D.  and myself.

My wife, Shawna, myself and our three children are residents of Maryville and we have many interests in this community not to mention the opportunity to enjoy the many wonders of the Great Smoky Mountains nearby. Our children attend public schools and we fellowship at First Baptist Church of Maryville.

My medical background, training and schooling started with my graduation from Miami University in 1985 and then on to receive my Dental Degree from The Ohio State University in 1989. I completed my residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee in 1993.  I am currently Board Certified by The American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.  I am on active staff at the University of Tennesee Medical Center and Blount Memorial Hospital.  In addition, I take trauma call and participate in post resident training. 

 

I have been trained and practice full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including facial cosmetic procedures.  I have a particular interest in office based procedures with a special interest in dental implants.
