Two years after having implant surgery, I suffered bone loss around the implant. Dr. Kennedy was very gracious in providing additional surgery to address the problem. I was also extremely pleased to speak two weeks later on the phone with his surgical assistant, Hailey, for 30 minutes to learn in great detail what circumstances and procedures had been considered in regard to my particular dental problems. This conversation really helped me to review possible options for next year after my jaw has healed. Thank you, Dr. Kennedy and Hailey, for your wonderful care!

As far as dental surgery goes, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I happened to have this work done the week before Christmas and the Maryville office staff was festive, the office decorated for the holidays, and there was calming holiday music playing during my procedure. The level of professionalism and detailed communication inspired great confidence and I wasn't let down. Ten days later I am still impressed with my experience with Southeast Oral Surgery and Implant Center. I had a significant amount of work done and I am healing well without any complications or discomfort.

If you are considering implants there is no need to be afraid.The only problem I had was getting use to eating soft foods for a while because I love meats. I just cannot say enough about Dr. Napier and his staff. I would highly recommend him and have already done so. No one could have made me believe there was no pain involved. Dr. Napier is the greatest!!!

Dr Napier and staff were absolutely fantastic. I was extremely nervous about being put under and even cried before my procedure, but I was given such kindness by the staff and doctor that I won't forget. Everyone was pleasant with me and the doctor explained and walked me through everything. I was a hard stick, but even then they handled it with ease. I just really had an amazing overall experience and highly recommend ANYONE to be seen by this group. Kindest oral surgery practice I've ever seen.
